Have you ever started running on the treadmill thinking "hey way cool I am burning calories off!!" then 20 minutes later the treadmill tells you that you have only burned off as much calories as the two reseese penut butter cups you ate about 1/2 hour before you started running, and to top it off those delightful morsels only took you 10 seconds to devour. I don't know about you, but that bums me out, because if you know me, I love to eat. This running thing is great but I gotta get myself whipped into eating better, or I feel like I will hit a brick wall?3 miles today at a slight incline and when I say slight I mean 0.5 degrees :)
